Contract Types
Aztec Financial Flex-Lease The Aztec
Financial Flex-Lease allows you to take advantage of
off balance sheet financing, use your monthly payment as a tax write off,
does not report to personal credit, has a fixed purchase amount, discounted
payoffs and allows you to
Equipment Finance Agreement (EFA) The Aztec Financial commercial loan program allows you to take advantage of IRS Section 179 tax benefits, does not report to your personal credit while allowing you to payoff the contract early.
Pre-Approval / Master Contract The Aztec Financial Pre-approval allows you to receive an up front financing approval, and then draw on those funds as you need your equipment without waiting for an approval

First and Last Upfront- You pay first and last payment upfront. This is our most popular finance program.
$225 Out The Door You pay only $225 when you take your equipment. Normal payments start 30 days later.
3 @ $99 / 6 @ $99 First 3 or 6 payments are just $99. Full monthly payments start after the $99 payment period.
13 Month Lease You pay a set percentage of the equipment cost as the first payment (as low as 8%). Equipment cost is then divided by the remaining 12 months.
Seasonal Payments You choose up to 3 months per year to have lower payments to meet your cashflow needs.
Mulligan You can call in one time per year and SKIP a payment.
